Birdosaurus Rex

At work, I often find myself daydreaming about a world without the massive number of idiots that breed and populate it. In fact, what would the world be like without any stupid humans at all?

I figure, the earth would exist in an era similiar to the Mesozoic, approximately 248 million years ago. There would be colossal trees and plants everywhere, the air would be healthy to breathe, the water would be free of spare tires, Wal-Marts in New Orleans would be fully stocked, the ground wouldn't be a container for barrels of nuclear waste and I wouldn’t have all these radio and microwaves zipping through my brain causing cancer of the medula oblongata. But the best part would be all the huge ferocious chickens running around because, evidently Spielberg was wrong and, dinosaurs were covered in bright coloured feathers.

You realize this means Big Bird is actually a giant ravenous meat-eating dinosaur! Can you imagine the chaos and dry cleaning bills that would ensue on Sesame Street the day his dinosaurian instincts return? How cool would that be?!

  • Does that mean we have to start referring to them as "dinopouls" (terrible bird) instead of "dinosaurs" (terrible lizard)?
